The formula works just like our bestselling Shine On Top, delivering a smooth application and an intense long-lasting shine with a sleek glossy finish. It works especially well over neon shades and other sensitive colors, and in rare cases darker shades may take on a faint blue tone in strong sunlight, a natural effect of the UV protection.
