How do I get 20% off my first order?

Create a customer account with us. Once we have reviewed and activated your account, we email you a 20% discount code, by the next business day at the latest. The code is valid for 30 days on your first order and on regular prices. Courses and treatments are not included.

Created an account but not received a code? Email support@nailsystems.se and we will sort it out.

I forgot my password – what do I do?

No worries! You can easily reset your password by clicking “Log in” and then selecting “I forgot my password”.
Enter the email address you used when registering and click “Send”. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Double-check that you've entered the correct email address and check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive anything, it could mean that no account is registered with that email address.

Why can’t I see prices on the professional products?

To access professional products, you need to be a certified nail technician or manicurist.

How do I get access to the professional range?
When registering, choose a business/therapist account and upload your diploma as proof of your certification.

How long does approval take?
Once your account is registered, we will review and approve it on the next working day. After that, you’ll be able to view prices and shop professional products.
