Under Chrome & Pigment you will find chrome and pigments for mirror-shine, metallic and color-shifting effects.
How to create the effect
Different powders adhere to different surfaces. Choose the base for the effect you are working with.
- ✓Chrome is rubbed onto a top coat, for example Shine On Top, for a mirror-shine, metallic finish.
- ✓Pigment is rubbed into a matte top coat, for example Velvet Matte Top, for color-shifting and shimmering effects.
- ✓Shimmer powder adheres to a tacky surface or to cured Shine On Top.
Seal the effect
Finish with top coat and cure.
