Cosmic Shimmer Foil
Transfer foil in a holographic rainbow shimmer for patterns and effects in nail art. Apply Foil Gel and cure, then dab the foil into the sticky layer until the design transfers to the nail. Seal with a top gel of your choice, preferably two layers.
