We ship your order with Bring. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time is typically 1–2 working days.

Delivery within Sweden

• Free shipping on orders over 1200 SEK (1500 SEK incl. VAT)
• Shipping fee: 72 SEK (90 SEK incl. VAT) for orders below 1200 SEK
• Delivered to your chosen pickup point

Shipping to Denmark, Finland & Norway

• Denmark: 200 SEK
• Finland: 200 SEK
• Norway: 250 SEK

Business Deliveries

For business package deliveries, a company name must be clearly specified. If the company name is missing, the shipment will be returned. We do not ship business packages to addresses without a company name.

• All prices are shown including VAT
• Payment via Klarna Checkout or Swish
• We reserve the right for any typos or pricing errors

Salons & Businesses

• Prices are shown excluding VAT (can be toggled to include)
• Payment via Klarna Checkout, Swish, or Fortnox Invoice (20 days)
• Credit check is required for invoice payments
• Late payments will incur reminder fees and interest charges
• First-time orders require salon name, address, contact info, and a certificate (for nail art products)

Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Claims

Private Customers

• Right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from delivery date
• Items must be unused and in their original unopened packaging
• Right of withdrawal does not apply to unpackaged products
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Contact support within 10 days in case of damage, defects or incorrect items

Salons, Businesses & Nail Technicians

• No right of withdrawal applies to business customers, students or schools
• Returns or claims must be reported within 10 days from invoice date
