Terms and Conditions for Course Registration

Registration and Payment

Upon registration for the course, a registration fee of SEK 2,000 including VAT is paid. For courses costing SEK 2,000 or less, the entire fee is considered the registration fee. The registration fee is then deducted from the total course fee and is therefore not an additional cost.

The registration fee is binding and non-refundable.

The remaining course fee must be paid no later than 14 days before the course start date.

If payment is not received on time, the school reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must always be made in writing (email is accepted).

If cancellation is made later than 14 days before the course start, the full course fee will be charged.

Upon presentation of a valid medical certificate, the remaining course fee (excluding the registration fee) may be refunded or transferred to a later course date.

If the participant begins the course but discontinues after it has started, no part of the course fee will be refunded.

Illness and Absence

In case of illness during the course, the participant may, upon presentation of a medical certificate and subject to availability, be offered to complete the course at a later date.

This does not replace an already started course or guarantee a new course spot – it is subject to availability only.

Cancelled Courses

The school reserves the right to cancel a course due to too few registered participants, instructor illness, or other unforeseen events.

If a course is cancelled, the full course fee including the registration fee will be refunded, or a spot at a new course date will be offered.

The school is not responsible for any additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

Other

The course spot is personal and may not be transferred without approval from the school.
