Service – Weller

NOTE! Do not modify the filter unit. Only trained personnel may perform repairs. If the unit isn't working, check that the power is correctly connected.

To ensure reliable function, the main filter must be replaced at least once per year or when air concentration limits are exceeded.

Weller BASIC

A: Red light is solid: Low suction. 1. Remove remote switch.
2. Turn off power switch.
3. Hold the fan button.
4. Turn on power – release button once light stops blinking.
Check and clean nozzle and arm. If light returns → filter is used up.

B: Red light blinking: Filter lifetime exceeded. Press the button for 3 seconds to reset monitoring.

NOTE: The alarm only tracks pre-filter and particle filter. If the gas filter is depleted (common in nail salons), it won’t trigger an alarm – but odor will break through. Replace the gas filter as needed. Even if unused, replace the main filter yearly.
