If your product was damaged during shipping, is defective, or if you wish to make a claim, please contact Nail Systems of Sweden AB within 10 days from the invoice date for assistance.

Right of Withdrawal

As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products without packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Unclaimed parcels will be charged for outgoing shipping as well as actual return shipping costs.
